Fermentation made easy
Our cold fermentation yeast is pure liquid yeast in the sense of the wine law. The yeasts ferment excellently and ensure reliable production of full-bodied, healthy grape, fruit and berry wines. Cold fermentation yeast is especially recommended at low fermentation temperatures - caused by cellar or season. This yeast is fermented in all temperature ranges, even from an extremely low temperature of 5-6°C.
